About The Retreat
This lawyers-only Retreat is perfect for lawyers taking their steps toward prioritizing their own well-being and those looking to deepen their current yoga or meditation practices.
During this workshop we will:
- Engage in 3 hours of Yoga, meditation, & mindfulness practices to help you de-stress and feel better in your own body, mind, and heart.
- Enjoy A 1-hour CLE Attorney Wellness Program: Piercing the Veil to Attorney Wellness.
- Get to know each other over tea and light snacks.
As attorneys, we often put the duties that we owe to our clients, firms, and families ahead of the duty that we owe to ourselves to be healthy and well. This summer, give yourself permission to take a day to unwind and engage in wellness practices specifically designed for lawyers by a lawyer to support you in all that you do!
